Information to divorced parents

The school uses the legal regulation regarding information provision concerning the pupil. When parents divorce and together retain the authority, we inform both parents about their child.

If a parent is not charged with the authority, he / she can submit a written request for information to the management of the school. It should handle concrete or relevant questions about the child. From the school only concrete, relevant information is provided which the authoritative parent also receives if it does not conflict with the interests of the child.

If the court has decided to waive the obligation to provide information, the school does not provide information to the non-authoritative parent.
